That is why our long-term goal includes working with our colleagues at Property Partners to provide exciting, green workspaces for businesses to rent. Specialising in shared spaces our commercial partners aim to offer affordable, flexible facilities to SMEs and cottage companies looking to base their operations in more characteristic surroundings.

Long term, our mission is also to develop unwanted plots of land into affordable housing with unique designs entailing all the features and benefits of our other builds.
Our ultimate aim is to progress planning permission and to develop & commercialise these plots in order to transform them into high quality living and working areas. The progressive designs of these properties will convert unused space into landscaped areas that have sustainability and energy efficiency in mind providing long-term added value to the local community.
