Established in 2021 we are a small, yet agile, privately owned company group operating within the UK property development sector in partnership with Sandwood Trusts. With years of experience across a range of development strategies, we specialise in rejuvenating & modernising properties in both urban and rural settings. Sandwood has a focus on the use of natural materials and landscaping within our designs. One of our Unique Selling Points is that we also seek to optimise environmentally sustainable energy efficiency throughout our property portfolio.
