Working in tandem with our letting agent colleagues at Property Partners, we aim to purchase and transform properties that are suitable for a range of tenants from single professionals to young families. By incorporating the best insulation standards possible, installing up-to-date heating systems, air-source heat pumps and solar panels, and making sure that basics such as windows and doors are in excellent working order and are draft free, we aim to provide cost-efficient and modernised green rental spaces that our clients will be proud to call home.
Renovations
Our mission with our buy to renovate work is to upgrade tired and neglected properties and turn them into something of true quality and style. Our focus is on dramatically improving the environmental footprint of older buildings by installing top-class insulation, eco-friendly heating solutions, and ensuring that windows and doors are performing to high standards. We also aim to add that touch of something special by incorporating excellent room layouts to maximise space and light in our designs and installing modern kitchens and bathrooms that people will want to spend time in. We want people to buy our refurbished homes and find that environmentally sustainable living is not only easy, but is also highly desirable.

In the longer term, our mission is to build environmentally sustainable and beautiful houses that people want to live in. By focusing on design, landscaping, and getting as close to passive house standards as possible from the outset, we want to provide people with homes that tick all of the environmental boxes in a walk-in condition.
We also aim to focus on outdoor living and a quality of life that is often largely overlooked by other developers. We want to make the choice to go-green easy, convenient and desirable while providing an idyllic quality of life that is enviable.
