How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To gain an understanding of what your needs are and how Sandwood can help by providing our services. This includes but is not limited to; property development and investment, discussions over the validity of property projects and providing insights into the potential income that can be generated via listing the property on the market.
- To enable us to create development plans, construction plans, property blueprints, marketing material for development projects and other pertinent materials or plans for the purposes of Sandwood helping you in the field of property purchasing, development and investment.
- For the purposes of purchasing services and equipment as needed for these purposes, such as electricians, labourers, plumbers, foremen, architects, building materials, furniture, furnishings and others.
- So that we can invoice you for the payment of any services provided.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- If you have expressed interest in a previous building or project, we may seek out information on it and store this information for the purposes of comparison and implementing similar features for work we are conducting as part of the services provided to you.
- If you have an existing website or company social media page, we may access them and store information from them for the purposes of gaining an understanding into your needs, past experience and budget.
- If you have existing properties or projects under development, we may store information about them (such as project time-frames, geographical locations, costs involved and estimated revenue generated) for the purposes of working with you to determine which projects we can mutually work on that would best suit you and/or your business.
We use the information that you have given us in order to carry out work as per your request (examples include but are not limited to; finding development targets, providing estimates of costs involved and potential revenues that can be generated, working with contractors and third parties to develop these targetted properties and projects, assisting in finding persons interested in renting or purchasing these properties).
We may share this information with other organisations who are involved with this work and whose contact details you have provided (for example, if you have a preferred legal firm, marketing agency or lettings agent).
