Our Vision
At Sandwood our vision is to transform neglected, or even derelict, properties and bring them back to life with a degree of modernisation which will hopefully inspire rejuvenation of local communities. We aspire to renovate and re-purpose properties to a high standard while incorporating new energy efficient technologies providing a new lease of life to old buildings.
At Sandwood our mission is focused on providing environmentally sustainable homes across the property marketplace, whether that be for people looking to rent a home, buy a refurbished house or new build, or rent an office space. We want to make sustainable working & living attainable, affordable and desirable for everyone.
Our plans involve installing top-quality insulation in all of our properties, ensuring heating systems are as efficient as possible, including using air-source heat pumps and solar panels, focusing on room layouts, window and door functionality, and not forgetting all important details such as landscaping and quality finishes, fixtures and fittings throughout. To this end we aim to provide the most energy efficient finished homes and office spaces possible for our clients – all of which maintain these unique features.
